When you use the COZULO App, you may receive SMS messages for account verification.

Transactional Only: Messages are one-time passcodes (OTPs) for login or account security.

Consent: By tapping “Send Code” in the App, you consent to receive a one-time SMS for verification.

Opt-Out: You may opt out by replying STOP at any time.

Help: Reply HELP for assistance.

Frequency: 1 message per verification request (plus occasional resend if requested).

Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

A. Service Providers

With trusted vendors (e.g., Twilio) to deliver SMS OTPs, host servers, or provide analytics.
